Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition
  • The item must be returned with all original components and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse
  • Items missing components
  • Items returned after the 15-day window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at leftrighttosleep@gmail.com.
